I took a look at the POTM rules, and have a few comments.

First of all, it's actually very difficult right now to even notice that the
POTM rules are there.  MOTM/SOTM rules are both in a two-column section
neart the top, while POTM rules are below in a different layout.  Also, the
title of the page just says "MOTM/SOTM Contest Rules".

I would suggest changing the title and adding a section at the top that
looks something like so:

MOTM/SOTM Contests
POTM Contest

Each of the above two lines would be a link to the beginning of the
respective sections of the document.

The last word of the following text should be singular (not plural), and
there should be a period after it:

Multiple entries per person are allowed. Entries will run automatically for
both contests: Best Part, Most Desired Parts

The text, "coordinators choice" should be "coordinator's choice".

I think there should be some kind of explanation after the very last
sentence saying that incomplete, etc. entries may be delayed.  Since the
entry has to be for the specific month, it should state that it's up to the
contest coordinator's discression whether or not the entry will be allowed
in the following month's contest.
