IMHO submission directly to the MOTM/SOTM module is not desirable. better would be a form 
to the motm address where people fill in and the form checks for the right syntax (example 
that the submitted file is named MOTM_XX-XXXX_YYYYYYY.dat or that the title YYYYYYY is in 
sync with the file name's YYYYYYY).

as for the POTM pics and files could be taken directly from the PT. authors would just 
have to fill in the name, title (the module would check back with the PT) and the rest 
would be done by the module.
