[Ldraw-content] Bug in Printer Friendly urls

Hi,

When creating printer friendly urls, it seems that the code just prepends 
http://www.ldraw.org/ to non-fqdn urls.  This results in the following two 
errors

1) http://www.ldraw.org//Article408.html (note the second double slash)

2) http://www.ldraw.org/#label

Personally I'd just omit prepending http://www.ldraw.org/ and just use the 
url direct from the href as this would make it easier to check the urls on a 
page by eye
